JUMBO PERCH AND BLACK CRAPPIE
Pan fish such as perch and crappie are a favorite of many anglers in our area and we have great fishing for both species. Crappie are abundant in Lake of the Woods and are a schooling fish. This gives anglers the opportunity to find a whole group of fish in a small area leading to a great day on the water.
Perch are much more widely distributed and are really fun to catch. They tend to hang out with the Walleye.

1/16 oz. Pinky jigs in spring
1/8 oz. Jig, white, yellow and pink work best.
